Biblical Counseling is a ministry of the Orrville Grace Brethren Church. The range of problems with which we deal is very wide. It includes broken marriages, parent-child relationships, depression, alcohol and drug abuse, tension, turmoil, anxiety, fear, worry and any number of other problems resulting in mental and physical immobility.
The biblical counselor is trained in the use of the Scriptures and the principles of biblical counseling through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). They are committed to the position that the Scriptures provide the only authoritative rule of faith and standard of conduct for Christians. They do not base their counseling knowledge on their own opinions, experience, or concepts of behavior, but seeks to marshal the full range of biblical truth into focus on the counselee’s need. In counseling sessions, they will hold to the essential truths of Scripture without particular theological emphasis on any practice not specifically advocated in the Scriptures.
There is no problem too big or too small that God’s Word can’t help guide you through!
